“How do I manage stress? I spent a few minutes thinking about a good answer, and when I finally had it I realized it wasn’t good enough because it wasn’t true. After spending a couple weeks thinking about this, I came to the conclusion that I don’t really know how to deal with stress. This is a question that never crossed my mind. I kept asking myself, ‘how do I deal with stress?’ I kept saying, ‘I don’t know how.’
The only thing I could remember myself doing whenever I’m under a lot of stress was just thinking about it a lot- thinking about it the whole day, but not showing it on my face, not telling anyone about it, just thinking about possible scenarios of how to fix what was stressing me out. But I guess it’s not a good thing to do or a good way of dealing with stress.”
